JUNIOR Academy

THE 2024 SMGA JUNIOR ACADEMY Program is designed to be a FUN LEARNING EXPERIENCE and recommended for JUNIORS Ages 5 - 12 YEARS Old

Each 3 day session includes knowledge of all aspects of the game. Topics covered will be; History, Rules, Etiquette,  Golf Course Set-Up,  Scorecards, Major Set-Up Fundamentals, In Swing Fundamentals, Putting, Chipping, Pitching, Bunker, Short Irons,  Mid Irons, Hybrids, Woods,  & Driver.  Additionally, the Program will provide an  ENJOYABLE OPPORTUNITY to put into use the skills learned for an ON-COURSE SCRAMBLE Event.

*There will be 1:15 minutes of  Instruction each day followed by 15 minutes of  Review/On Course.  This will be a great opportunity to talk about and put into play the concepts learned that day!
